The Challenge to Solve We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Associate to own end-to-end US payroll operations for a growing and diverse employee population of 300+, including both salaried exempt and hourly non-exempt employees. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while supporting a systems transition from UKG Pro to ADP, alongside HRIS integration with HiBob. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly analytical, and collaborates effectively across Finance and People teams. Payroll Processing & Operations Execute end-to-end US payroll processing on a biweekly/semi-monthly basis using UKG Pro (and transitioning to ADP) Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions Validate payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and timekeeping data Process off-cycle payrolls, adjustments, and retroactive payments Manage multi-state payroll compliance, including tax withholdings and regi
