Executive Assistant — Founder's Office

About the Role - This is not a traditional EA role. You will sit inside the Founder's Office, working directly with the CEO and CTO on the things that actually move the business — strategy, client conversations, cross-functional execution, and high-speed decision-making. If you have done an internship where you got real work and not just coffee runs, and you think like a founder — this is where you grow fast. Key Responsibilities - Work directly with the CEO and CTO — understand the context behind every task, not just complete it Coordinate across Business Development, Marketing, and Engineering to connect dots and ensure follow-through Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and business development materials for client meetings and sales conversations Engage with clients professionally in meetings and written communications when required Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and AI tools research — deliver concise, actionable briefings to leadership Use AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI) actively to draft communications, synthesize research, and cut turnaround time on deliverables Projects You Will Get Exposure To - You will work across real business initiatives alongside leadership — not siloed tasks: Founder's Strategy & Ops — Prioritization, decision support, internal communications, and strategic follow-ups directly with the CEO and CTO Business Development & Client Engagement — Proposals, pitch decks, client meeting prep, and live client interactions Research & Intelligence — Market research, competitor tracking, AI tools landscape, and leadership briefings Who We Are Looking For - 0.6–1 year of experience in an EA, operations, business support, or startup internship role Prior internship experience in a founder-led or startup environment — where you owned real work, not just assisted A founder mindset — you take initiative, think ahead, and don't wait to be told twice Excellent written and verbal communication in English Strong organi
