Job Title : Business Operations Specialist Location : Whitefield, Bangalore Employment Type : Full-time, on-site Location : Bengaluru, India Experience : 5–7 Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist to support and drive end- to-end sales and operational processes across the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, quoting, order processing, order booking,sales reporting, pipeline management, and cross-functional operational coordination. This role will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Field Operations, Finance, andLeadership teams to ensure smooth execution from opportunity creation through deployment, invoicing, and customer onboarding. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end sales operations processes including opportunity management, quoting, order processing, order booking, renewals, and contract administration. Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle by ensuring opportunities, quotes, and orders are accurately managed within Salesforce. Ensure data accuracy and compliance across Salesforce opportunities, accounts, quotes, contracts, bookings, and customer records. Create, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational metrics. Analyze sales pipeline performance, bookings, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, and business trends. Act as a subject matter expert on ARR, ACV, TCV, bookings, renewals, sales forecasting, and pipeline management. Coordinate with Field Operations teams to track installation schedul
