We're Hiring: Graphic Designer Let's be clear about what you're actually signing up for. This isn't about making a few Instagram posts or resizing creatives all day. We're not looking for someone who knows Canva and calls themselves a Graphic Designer. We're looking for creators. People who understand design, storytelling, branding, and visual communication. People who can turn ideas into visuals that people remember, engage with, and act upon. At Techdome, design isn't decoration it's how we communicate, build brands, and create experiences. Why This Role Is Different You'll work across multiple brands and business domains including AI, HealthTech, FinTech, Recruitment, Enterprise SaaS, and Internal Products. You'll collaborate directly with founders, marketing, HR, and product teams to create designs that drive engagement, hiring, branding, and business growth. From social media campaigns and employer branding to product creatives, presentations, event branding, and digital assets—your work will be seen by thousands. Position Details Role: Graphic Designer Experience: 0–6 Months Location: Hyderabad / Indore Preferred: Immediate Joiners What We're Looking For Good understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva. Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, composition, and visual hierarchy. Ability to create engaging creatives for social media, digital marketing, branding, presentations, and campaigns. Basic understanding of image editing, branding guidelines, and design consistency. Awareness of AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar platforms. Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software is a plus. Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment. A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, personal projects, internships, or freelance work. Bonus Points If You Have Experience creating short-form content
