Position Overview The Senior Accountant will report to the Senior Accounting Manager and support core accounting operations, commission accounting, payroll support, debt and financing activities, audit support, quarterly reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong accounting fundamentals, excellent organization, attention to detail, and a builder mentality focused on automation, scalability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations, supporting schedules, fixed assets, and compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Assist with debt, financing, quarterly reporting, executive and Board reporting materials, external audit requests, and year-end audit activities. Own and support commission accounting processes, reconciliations, accruals, reporting, and commission-related questions in partnership with Sales Operations, Finance, and business leaders.
