Job Title: Senior Engineer /Staff Engineer – Salesforce Development Department/Group: Business Systems Group, Bangalore (Onsite) Experience: 5+ years We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Business Systems Group. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations. This is a technical, hands-on role focused on designing and building scalable Salesforce solutions in close collaboration with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders. Development Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes. Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) for responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party systems and middleware. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. Write efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and optimize solutions for large data volumes. Conduct code reviews and maintain adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices. Participate in release management, sandbox strategy, and CI/CD deployment processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
