Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate Director, Product Marketing, ICHRA to join our Product Marketing Team. About the role: The Associate Director, Product Marketing (ICHRA) executes the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) activities and localized launch campaigns for Oscar's Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) business. Operating with a balance of 70% execution focus and 30% tactical strategy, you will translate insurance plan design and technical digital features into clear messaging frameworks and multi-audience sales enablement assets. The Associate Director coordinates daily operations across Product Management, Sales Strategy, Creative, and Legal teams to accelerate broker adoption and member enrollment. Working under general direction, you will manage execution timelines, leads product feature rollouts, and track key performance indicators to scale Oscar's commercial B2B motion footprint. You will report into the Senior Director, Product Marketing. Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Dallas, TX. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time.
