Talent Acquisition Specialist (Internal Hiring)

Department: Human Resources Location: Work From Office – Hyderabad & Indore Experience: 1–3 years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end internal hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of technical hiring scenarios, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to run a smooth, candidate-friendly interview process that keeps every candidate engaged through every round. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Screening Understand technical roles, job requirements, and hiring manager expectations to source and screen relevant candidates. Conduct structured screening calls to evaluate technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment. Design the candidate experience so that engagement and interest are maintained through every interview round, minimizing drop-offs. Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple panels, time zones, and stakeholders. Track candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups at each stage. Maintain and update candidate data accurately in KEKA Hire (ATS). Offer Management & Negotiation Manage salary discussions and offer negotiations in line with budget and internal parity guidelines. Close offers within agreed timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Process & Reporting Ensure strict adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) for every stage of the hiring funnel — sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer rollout. Leverage AI-based recruiting tools (sourcing, resume screening, scheduling assistants, etc.) to improve hiring efficiency. Share regular hiring status updates and reports with stakeholders and leadership. Stakeholder Management Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to align on requirements and hiring timelines.
