Product Engineer (Full Stack)

About the Role We're looking for engineers who think beyond writing code. As a Product Engineer , you'll own features end-to-end—from understanding the problem and designing scalable solutions to deploying, monitoring, and continuously improving them. You'll work closely with Founders, Product Managers, and Engineering Leaders to build AI-first products across Healthcare, FinTech, HRTech, and Automation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MERN Stack Build secure, well-documented REST APIs and backend services. Integrate third-party APIs, AI services, payment gateways, and enterprise platforms. Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and release planning. Debug production issues, optimize application performance, and continuously improve engineering practices. Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, documentation, and overall engineering productivity. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Product Engineer, or Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in MERN Stack Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL . Experience designing secure authentication and authorization flows (JWT, OAuth 2.0, RBAC). Good understanding of REST APIs, Git, Agile/Scrum, and modern software development practices. Experience with testing, debugging, deployment, and production support. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. AI-First Engineering We value engineers who actively use AI as part of their daily workflow. Hands-on experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Windsurf, Perplexity , or similar AI-assisted development tools is highly preferred.
