PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel – Commercial Transactions to join our diverse, customer-focused Commercial Legal team! As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will report to the VP & Deputy General Counsel, Commercial Legal, and will partner with PagerDuty’s go-to-market teams as a trusted advisor on commercial transactions. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements end-to-end with customers and partners for PagerDuty’s SaaS offerings, including products utilizing machine learning and generative AI features Assist in the development of contract templates, standard methodology processes, playbooks, and automation across the entire contract's life cycle, as needed, including leveraging Legal AI tools to optimize deal velocity and contracting workflows Partner with the go-to-market sales, services, and channel partner teams as a trusted advisor on all customer and deal-related matters Communicate complex matters clearly and solve problems practically Liaise with cross-functional business units (like finance, sales operations, security, product, support, and privacy)
