The Corporate Accounting team at Robinhood is responsible for managing the month-end close process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements for all our stakeholders. As the Director of Accounting, you will play a key leadership role in the Corporate Accounting team, and will be responsible for overseeing monthly and quarterly close processes, timely and accurately preparing the financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. We are looking for a well-rounded individual who has demonstrated the ability to build and lead teams and manage general ledger functions in a high-growth, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. You will also oversee projects involving system implementations and automation projects that will help Robinhood scale as we grow. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, office with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.
