The Crypto Operations team at Robinhood is dedicated to delivering an excellent end-customer experience and mitigating firm risk while supporting cutting-edge crypto products. As a Product Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our crypto products and future launches. You will lead cross-functional projects designed to improve Robinhood’s operational efficiency and readiness. The role will work on scaling operations for our existing Crypto products as well as scoping operational impact for new Crypto initiatives. This role will work with cross-functional partners including Product Management, Crypto Operations, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Security, and Customer Experience to guarantee operational readiness.
