The role Watershed is on a mission to drive meaningful climate action, and our Sustainability Data Advisory (“SDA”) team plays a key role in helping customers to reach their sustainability goals and achieve real reductions. This team acts as a trusted advisor to some of the world’s largest and most influential companies , including Walmart, BlackRock, and Fedex, helping these companies to complete rigorous and actionable measurements in the Watershed platform. The work of the Sustainability Data Advisory team includes scoping measurements, supporting emissions verifications, and providing specialized advisory to help customers optimize their data and methodologies. As a Manager on the Sustainability Data Advisory team , you’ll lead a team of 8-10 advisors in the Mexico City branch of a globally distributed team. In this role, you will enable your team to deliver high-quality advisory and services to Watershed’s customers. In addition, you’ll lead strategic initiatives that improve the quality and efficiency of the Sustainability Data Advisory team. This includes - but is not limited to - integrating AI into the team’s workflows. This is a unique opportunity to be an early leader within Watershed’s Mexico City office. As a key leader in this new office, you’ll play a critical role in building an inclusive, su
