About the role We are looking for a HR Business & Operations Lead (EMEA) to join our People team and support our growing EMEA organization. This unique role is built for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who excels at core HR administration and operations, while actively expanding into strategic HR business partnership. You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers across our 5 growing EMEA offices —owning day-to-day benefits administration, employment documents, data integrity, and local compliance, while also acting as a trusted advisor on manager enablement, employee relations, and talent processes.
