About the Role This role exists to own Aspora's full compliance mandate for its Lithuanian EMI licence. Compliance at Aspora is not a back-office function. It is a core part of how we operate, expand, and earn trust. You will be the primary face to the Bank of Lithuania and the internal authority on what the business can and cannot do. That means setting the framework, testing the controls, and advising directly on new products and partnerships before they launch. You will work closely with the CEO, Management Board, and MLRO. What You'll Own Own the full compliance mandate for Aspora's Lithuanian EMI: monitoring adherence to EMD2, PSD2, AML/CTF, sanctions, and consumer protection requirements end-to-end. Lead the supervisory relationship with the Bank of Lithuania: examinations, information requests, and all regulatory correspondence. Build and maintain the internal compliance framework: policies, procedures, controls, and testing across governance, consumer protection, and conduct of business. Drive risk-based compliance reviews and thematic checks to stress-test controls including AML/CTF, sanctions, and outsourcing arrangements, and lead remediation where gaps surface.
