Role Overview We’re hiring a Senior Workday Solutions & Integrations Specialist to own and deliver integrations across our ecosystem as an integral part of our People Systems team. This role is for a hands-on integration enthusiast – someone who is passionate about building, improving and scaling integrations, while bringing new ideas and approaches to the table. You will design, build, and own complex, multi-system integrations, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with end-to-end business processes. This is a hybrid role combining deep technical expertise with strong functional understanding. You will operate as the integrations solutions owner, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to connect systems, data, and workflows—not just move data. Success in this role requires both strong ownership and curiosity - the ability to proactively identify issues, continuously improve existing integrations and stay open to learning new tools, patterns and approaches to support long-term business outcomes. What You’ll Own End-to-end ownership of the Workday integration landscape, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization Scalable, maintainable integration solutions across internal systems and external vendors (e.g., payroll, benefits, background checks, recruiting, finance) Integration solutions aligned with Workday configuration, business processes, and data flows Long-term reliability, performance, and scalability of integrations This Role Is Not Limited to basic Workday configuration or low-complexity integrations (e.g., EIB-only experience) Focused solely
