Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Follow up with new leads and schedule initial consultations Promptly contact new leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule initial consultations for the Mortgage Advisor. Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure every prospect receives timely communication and no opportunities are missed. Collect borrower information and help complete loan applications Gather key borrower details including financial information, employment history, loan purpose, and timeline. Assist borrowers with completing the loan application and ensure information is entered accurately into the system. Send documentation requests and follow up until files are complete Provide borrowers with clear documentation requests and maintain consistent follow-up to collect all required materials.
