The Opportunity We're looking for our first Founding Head of Marketing to build a world class marketing organization. This is not a role where you'll inherit a mature marketing machine. It's an opportunity to build one. You'll take an already talented team and unite them behind one vision, one strategy, and one standard of excellence. You'll shape how Broccoli is positioned in the market, how customers experience our brand, how products launch, how demand is generated, and ultimately how marketing drives the company's growth. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll be the senior marketing leader responsible for defining the strategy, setting the direction, and building the team that brings it to life.
