About the Role Candex is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Event Specialist to own the end-to-end delivery of our global events and customer experiences. This is not a coordination role. We are looking for someone who can take an event from concept through to flawless execution, anticipating challenges before they arise, building detailed project plans, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring every aspect of an event is delivered to an exceptionally high standard. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of their work, and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done. They are equally comfortable thinking strategically about the attendee experience while managing the smallest operational details that make an event successful.
