Vice President, Marketing

Chainalysis has gone through rapid growth over the last few years. As Vice President of Marketing you will help the company continue to grow by driving customer acquisition through various marketing channels. You will be responsible for demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, field marketing and digital marketing. You'll lead teams across field marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing. From events and webinars to product launches and demand gen campaigns, you'll drive impact across public sector, private, and commercial markets worldwide. You will be empowered to grow revenue, and make data-driven decisions that drive measurable customer conversion through the marketing funnel, strategically leading Chainalysis through our next stage of customer growth. As a people-first leader, you'll build a high-performing, motivated team, leveling up individual contributors into strategic marketers while forging strong partnerships across Sales, RevOps, Product, and post-sales teams. In this role, you'll: Build & Scale Demand Generation for Revenue Growth • Design and lead an AI-driven demand generation engine, leveraging predictive analytics, automation, and hyper-personalized outreach at scale. • Develop a multi-channel strategy that includes intent-based marketing, outbound AI-driven prospecting, and dynamic campaign orchestration. • Redefine marketing funnel efficiency, ensuring a seamless transition from MQL to SQL to closed-won revenue, optimizing conversion rates at every stage. • Experiment with emerging pipeline strategies, including community-led growth, influencer-driven campaigns, and direct engagement with high-value accounts.
