The role: The Marketing Development Representative (MDR) team is the first conversation a prospective Coram customer has with us, and it's a critical driver of pipeline for the entire ompany. We're hiring a MDR Manager to hire, onboard, coach, and lead a team of driven MDRs who qualify and convert a high volume of marketing-generated leads into sales-ready meetings for our Account Executives. This is a player-coach leadership role for someone who has carried a quota, knows what great inbound qualification looks like, and gets energy from developing early-career talent into high performers. You'll partner closely with Marketing on lead flow and with Sales on handoff and follow-up, and you'll own the metrics that connect the two. Responsibilities: Hire, onboard, mentor, and lead a team of Marketing Development Representatives to hit daily, monthly, and quarterly targets Build the sales acumen, product knowledge, and physical-security industry expertise of every rep through hands-on coaching, live call feedback, and structured training Own the inbound lead-qualification motion end to end, ensuring fast, consistent follow-up and thorough discovery so AEs receive high-quality, sales-ready meetings Partner with Growth/Demand Generation Marketing to improve lead quality, routing, and conversion, and to build scalable processes for the future Partner with Sales Managers and AEs to align on lead quality and quantity, tighten the handoff, and close the loop on down-funnel outcomes Report regularly o
