Role Overview We are seeking a Staff Manufacturing Test Engineer to own the development, implementation, and deployment of manufacturing functional test modules for d-Matrix PCIe accelerator cards and next-generation server tray products. This is a technical leadership role within the Operations Test Engineering team, working closely with Test Automation Engineers, Manufacturing Quality Engineers (MQE), and our JDM manufacturing partners. As a Staff-level engineer, you will set the technical direction for manufacturing test strategy, mentor engineers on the team, and drive architectural decisions that scale across product generations. Responsibilities Test Development & Execution Develop and implement board-level functional test modules for Corsair PCIe accelerator cards, covering power-on sequencing, firmware load, PCIe link training and enumeration, functional validation, and stress/burn-in. Architect the manufacturing test strategy for the upcoming server platforms, including system-level integration test, BMC/IPMC firmware validation, and multi-card test orchestration. Develop test plans, regression requirements, and test coverage assessments aligned with the Manufacturing Test Requirements plan across the full product lifecycle.
