As Lambda continues its rapid growth, we are expanding our capital markets and corporate development functions to drive strategic growth initiatives and partnerships, debt and equity capital raises, and M&A opportunities. We are seeking a Corporate Development Senior Analyst to play a key role in managing and executing the company’s end-to-end acquisition and strategic investment activities. This high-impact role will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and execute transactions that support Lambda’s long-term vision. What You’ll Do Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic investments, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth, enhance capabilities, strengthen the balance sheet, and expand market reach. Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, capital structure analysis, and due diligence for M&A transactions, strategic investments, and debt and equity financing activities. Conduct strategic and financial evaluation of M&A, investment, and capital raising opportunities; communicate findings through business case memos, financing materials, and executive presentations. Track industry trends, competitive dynamics, capital markets, and potential market opportunities to inform corporate development and financing strategy, while keeping stakeholders updated on the evolving ecosystem.
