As Lambda continues its rapid growth, we are expanding our corporate development function to drive strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, and M&A opportunities in data centers and real infrastructure. We are seeking a Corporate Development Associate to play a key role in managing and executing the company’s end-to-end acquisition and strategic investment activities on the real asset / digital infrastructure side of our business. This high-impact role will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and execute transactions that support Lambda’s long-term vision. What You’ll Do Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships to expand our portfolio of land-power-shell assets. Work cross-functionally with our data center infrastructure, site selection, strategic finance, and legal teams on deal execution. Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential transactions. Conduct strategic and financial evaluation of M&A and investment opportunities; communicate findings in business case memos and executive presentations. Track industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential market opportunities to inform corporate development strategy, and keep stakeholders updated on the evolving ecosystem. Develop investment theses and market analyses to support strategic decision-making. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that
