The Opportunity The Associate Account Manager supports the growth and success of client accounts by partnering closely with Account Managers, Sales, Operations, and Product teams. This role is responsible for helping execute campaigns, maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring seamless post-sale support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about digital media. This position provides an opportunity to develop expertise in account management, campaign strategy, client services, and the rapidly growing CTV advertising industry. Responsibilities ● Support Account Managers in managing day-to-day client relationships and campaign execution. ● Develop and manage media plans, including audience targeting, channel selection, budget allocation, flighting schedules, and performance optimization to achieve campaign objectives. ● Assist with campaign launches, reporting, optimization tracking, and delivery pacing to ensure client objectives are met. ● Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and incremental growth. ● Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction. ● Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and performance recaps with clear insights and recommendations. ● Help troubleshoot campaign issues and facilitate timely resolution with internal stakeholders. ● Maintain accurate account records, project timelines, and updates within internal systems. ● Develop an understanding of client goals, KPIs, and business objectives to support strategic recommendations. ● Stay i
