POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer who will be responsible for the development and oversight of manufacturing processes supporting our optical transceiver roadmap. The successful candidate will work closely with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal cross-functional development teams to meet product objectives and instill a culture of quality and continuous improvement. The engineer must be eager to learn and explore new processes and solutions for high-volume manufacturing of optical transceivers used in AI data centers. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Define, develop, prove and deploy the manufacturing process for new products and implement continuous improvement projects to achieve product yield, throughput, efficiency, scrap and quality targets.
