We are seeking a versatile and entrepreneurial Commercial Strategy Lead to join our Strategy & Operations team in Australia. In this role, you will initially operate across a variety of high-priority general strategy and operations projects, delivering immediate operational value across the business. Concurrently, you will play a pivotal role in de-risking and positioning Neara to capture rapidly emerging, high-stakes opportunities within the large scale connections vertical. As these specialised verticals mature, you may transition into the dedicated commercial lead for these offerings. You will own the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, driving commercial execution and building the frameworks necessary to scale these high-TAM, high-revenue infrastructure verticals into a steady-state business line by Year 2.
