Senior Systems Engineer (プリセールスSE) – Japan Enterprise networking in Japan is evolving fast. This is a rare opportunity to be the primary technical voice for a global networking brand in Japan, working directly with enterprise customers, channel partners, and a collaborative global engineering team. Where You Will Work Based in Japan, Tokyo area preferred Hybrid environment, remote with regular on-site customer visits Domestic travel approximately 25 to 50% depending on projects What You Will Do Be the go-to technical resource for enterprise customers and channel partners across Japan, leading solution design, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts Design and support deployment of enterprise networking solutions including switching, routing, wireless, security, and cloud-managed platforms Present technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences including enterprise IT teams, channel partners, and senior stakeholders Support channel partners including MSPs, VARs, and distributors through joint engagements and technical guidance Work closely with NETGEAR's global engineering and product teams, contributing field feedback that directly influences our product roadmap Own the technical handoff from pre-sales to post-sales, supporting customers through onboarding, troubleshooting, and escalation management Stay current on enterp
