Who You Are The Group Director – North America (Central Region) is responsible for leading and scaling Ontic’s enterprise sales execution across the Central United States. Reporting to the CRO , this role carries full regional revenue accountability and direct leadership responsibility for five Enterprise Account Executives. The Central Region team is responsible for driving 80% new logo acquisition and 20% of expansion revenue within existing enterprise accounts. The Group Director will be accountable for performance across the full sales lifecycle - pipeline generation, deal execution, forecasting accuracy, and regional market development. This role is ideal for a results-driven enterprise sales leader who brings operational rigor, strong coaching acumen, and executive presence - capable of setting regional strategy while remaining deeply engaged in deal execution and cross-functional alignment.
