Job Summary: We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) to support the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform and integrated GTM systems. Based in Pune, this role is ideal for professionals with strong Salesforce skills who are eager to grow in a collaborative and high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities: System Administration: Manage users, roles, profiles, forecasts, territory management and permission sets across the Salesforce ecosystem. Salesforce CPQ & Sales/Service Cloud: Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) and integrated ERP systems (NetSuite) to support global GTM operations. Configuration & Automation: Build and maintain automation using point and click tools such as Flows, Lightning App Builder, Approval processes, etc. Should be able to configure, maintain and support Marketo, Outreach, Leandata, Gong, etc. GTM tools.
