Background Oscilar is seeking an India Site Lead to build and lead our India organization across software engineering and, over time, product management. In this role, you will shape how we scale the India team across people, process, and execution. You will partner closely with leadership in the US, help establish strong operating rhythms across distributed teams, and raise the bar on delivery, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has either led strong software engineering teams or worked deeply in product management in technical environments, ideally in fintech. Entrepreneurial instincts are important. The right person should be energized by building teams, creating structure from ambiguity, and scaling a high-talent organization in a fast-moving company.
