About the role We are looking for a Corporate Development professional to drive Paxos’s inorganic growth strategy - identifying, structuring, and executing acquisitions and owning the process management for our fundraising efforts as we scale. Reporting to the CFO, you will own the full M&A lifecycle. In addition, you will support the CEO and CFO on the end-to-end fundraise processes, working closely with the executive team to tell the Paxos story to the right capital partners at the right time. This is a role that requires extreme ownership.
