About The Role: We’re building a pipeline of experienced Designated Brokers to be considered for future opportunities on our Brokerage Operations team. In this role, you’d oversee all brokerage activities within a designated state, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while leading and mentoring regional brokers and licensed real estate agents. You’ll act as a compliance expert, strategic leader, and trusted partner—balancing regulatory oversight with operational excellence and agent success.
