In this role, you’ll support accurate financial reporting and efficient accounting operations by preparing journal entries, managing reconciliations, and assisting with treasury activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable, with strong organizational and communication skills. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across core accounting processes, contribute to process improvements, and play a key role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in a fast-paced, growing organization. What You’ll Do: Prepare daily and month-end journal entries and account reconciliations. Process accounts payable and ensure timely, accurate vendor payments. Assist with treasury activities, including cash reconciliations and initiation/review of wires and ACH. Manage, reconcile, and maintain records of Trust account balances. Support the implementation of best practices to simplify, standardize, and scale accounting processes. Assist with year-end audit preparation and documentation. Leverage Excel and other firm systems to drive efficiency and process improvements. Participate in special projects, system enhancements, and ad hoc analyses as assigned.
