Candidates must reside in the U.S. and live in the state or within a reasonable commuting distance of the location they will support. Candidates based in Nevada who are within commuting distance of the Reno area are preferred. Candidates residing in nearby California communities (e.g., Truckee or the North Lake Tahoe area) will also be considered if they are licensed in Nevada and have experience handling Nevada real estate transactions. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to Reno, NV, monthly to meet regulatory and operational requirements. About The Role: We’re looking for a Regional Broker to join our Brokerage Operations team. In this role, you’ll support and supervise licensed real estate agents across your region, ensuring full compliance with state regulations, association requirements, and MLS guidelines. You’ll serve as both a compliance expert and a hands-on operational leader—guiding agents through contracts, risk management, and complex transaction issues while helping them deliver an exceptional experience to their clients.
