Restructuring and Turnaround Services - Manager (Value Creation)

Riveron is a business advisory firm focused on the office of the CFO, private equity, and other capital providers. Our Restructuring & Turnaround Services (RTS) team partners with companies and stakeholders to improve performance and drive enterprise value. We are seeking a Manager to join our RTS Value Creation team. This role supports the execution of operationally focused value creation initiatives for both underperforming and healthy businesses. Managers play a key role in driving analysis, developing insights, and supporting implementation efforts, working closely with senior leadership and client teams to deliver measurable results. Who You Are: Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in value creation, financial and/or operational consulting, or performance improvement Experience contributing to EBITDA and cash flow improvement initiatives Demonstrated ability to support diagnostic, design, and execution of performance improvement initiatives Strong operational finance capabilities, including financial analysis, variance analysis, and understanding of cost structures Experience supporting value creation initiatives in partnership with Private Equity sponsors Experience supporting cross-functional operational initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and/or commercial functions Ability to operate effectively in time-sensitive, high-intensity environments Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Experience conducting or supporting Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses and translating findings into operational value creation plans Experience in shop floor or plant-level environments with the ability to engage credibly with operations leadership Background as an operator (e.g., interim leadership or line management) Experience in industrials, manufacturing, distribution, or business services sectors MBA or advanced degree Familiarity with leveraging data analytics and AI-enabled t
