At SPAN, we believe in: Enabling homes and vehicles powered by clean energy Making electrification upgrades possible Building more resilient homes with reliable backup Designing a flexible and distributed electrical grid The Role The Recruiting Coordinator will sit within the People team, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, and will play a critical role in supporting SPAN's hiring efforts across the company. As SPAN continues to grow, this person will be the engine behind a smooth, candidate-friendly recruiting process, keeping interviews on track, hiring managers aligned to their responsibilities, data organized, and every candidate interaction reflecting the best of SPAN's culture. Responsibilities Coordinate interview scheduling for candidates across all teams and levels, working closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiting leads to ensure a seamless experience Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and a welcoming, professional experience at every touchpoint Manage job postings across SPAN's ATS and external job boards, ensuring accuracy and consistency Maintain and update candidate records and pipeline data in the ATS, keeping information current and rep
