They operate across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email—requiring a highly skilled ecommerce operator who can fully own these channels end to end. The team moves fast, works collaboratively, and values detail-oriented, data-driven decision-making. The Role We are looking for an E-commerce Director (D2C Growth Lead) to own and scale the company’s direct-to-consumer revenue across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email. This is a senior, hands-on, revenue-owning role combining strategy and execution. You will not just manage ecommerce channels — you will own outcomes , driving growth through conversion optimization, merchandising strategy, channel expansion, and operational excellence.
