The Opportunity: IT Engineer, Cashalo We are looking for a IT Engineer to be the hands-on face of IT in our Manila office. You'll be the first responder for everything physical and local — laptops, desks, cables, office internet, access — keeping Cashalo's people productive and the office running while working within the standards set by Tilt Global IT. You'll report to the Tilt Global IT Manager and work day to day alongside Cashalo's engineering and people teams. Global IT designs the infrastructure; you bring it to life on the ground. This role is office based, in our Manila HQ. How You'll Make an Impact Keep people moving - Onboard and offboard laptops, resolve hardware issues (RAM, viruses, repairs), and provide first line support so employees are never blocked Deploy on the ground - Install and deploy hardware and network assets per Global IT's designs: racking equipment, connecting cables, standing up new desks and rooms Own local connectivity - Troubleshoot office internet issues, manage GSM SIM rotation, and engage cellular vendors to keep agent operations online Be the escalation point - Provide on call tier 1 support and coordinate local vendors for repairs, deliveries, and site work Protect the office - Provision office security access and monitor access logs, flagging anomalies to Global IT Support the bigger picture - Be Global IT's hands and eyes on site, assisting with centrally led projects that need local execution Why You're a Great Fit You've built (and rebuilt) your own PC, run a computer home lab more comple
