You will serve as the customer’s trusted technical advisor post-contract, ensuring their success by understanding operations, translating requirements into actionable plans, and driving adoption, value realization, and optimization. You’ll lead discovery, capture detailed technical and operational requirements, and guide customers in maximizing the impact of UptimeAI solutions.
