Manager - Salesforce Development (Salesforce Billing & Revenue Cloud)

We are seeking a highly skilled and delivery-focused Salesforce Development Manager to lead a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and quality engineers based in India. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep Salesforce expertise across Revenue Cloud, Salesforce Billing, CPQ , Sales Cloud , combined with the organizational ability to manage a full software development lifecycle and a cross-cultural, globally distributed team. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between our US-based and India-based teams, drive platform excellence, own architectural decisions, and ensure our Salesforce solutions are delivered with precision, scalability, and speed. This position will be remote This position will report to: Sr. Manager Salesforce Development What You Will Own Team Leadership & People Management Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 1–5 Salesforce developers, administrators, and QA engineers based in India. Own hiring and performance management: conduct interviews, set performance goals, deliver reviews, and manage career development plans. Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and technical excellence across the team. Run and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Cross-Team Liaison & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary technical bridge between the US and India development teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Partner closely with Product & Business Systems Analysts, Finance & Revenue Operations, and Sales & GTM teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Engage with external clients and vendor partners on integration scoping, solution design, and delivery coordination. Technical Architecture & Development Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative platform tools.
