High capacity for mentoring and guiding the various team members. Ease in maintaining an appropriate environment of serenity and communication, especially during high-pressure moments during production. Flexibility to adapt to new tools and ways of working for the project, knowledge of Blender/Maya, Photoshop, Nuke, and Houdini will be needed.
