Fairy Frills is a D2C fashion brand for kids, offering trendy and comfortable clothing for children. We're hiring a Sales Executive to handle client outreach, generate leads, and manage customer queries.
## What You'll Do
• Reach out to potential customers through calls, messages, and social media
• Generate new leads and follow up with them until conversion
• Handle customer queries about products, sizes, pricing, and orders
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
• Follow up with leads from website, Instagram, and other marketing campaigns
• Keep track of leads, queries, and orders
• Share customer feedback with the team to help improve products and service
## What We're Looking For
• 1+ years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling (fashion/retail experience is a plus)
• Good communication skills, both spoken and written
• Friendly and patient approach while handling customer queries
• Comfortable working with sales/lead targets
