What success looks like in this role:
The Training Instructor is responsible for delivering structured, high-quality training programs to both internal employees and external clients, with a strong focus on German language delivery. The role supports the effective adoption of tools, technologies, and products by ensuring participants gain the required knowledge and practical competencies.
This position contributes to the design and continuous improvement of training materials and methodologies, adapts delivery to diverse audience needs, and supports the overall effectiveness, consistency, and quality of training initiatives.
## Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:
• Deliver established and advanced training programs   to meet the evolving needs of internal and external clients
• Take ownership of training efforts related to new tools, technologies, and products within scope
• Deliver   internal training sessions covering product knowledge , sales processes, desktop tools, technology systems, applications, client service, and enterprise initiatives
• Provide constructive feedback to learners to support skill refinement and development
• Support external clients with the installation, adaptation, and operation of products and applications
• Customize and adapt training content to meet specific client needs and drive onboarding and adoption
• Adjust training delivery in real-time based on participant engagement and learning needs
• Continuously explore and implement new, more effective training techniques
• Suggest and lead improvements to existing training programs
• Actively seek and incorporate feedback to enhance delivery style, methods, and overall training effectiveness
You will be successful in this role if you have:
• Fluency in German   (written and spoken) is essential
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and 4–6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• ITIL certification   with solid understanding of IT service management processes
• Proven experience in delivering training   in a corporate or client-facing environment
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Ability to explain complex technical or business concepts   in a clear and structured way
• Experience adapting training materials to different audiences and learning styles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
• Fluent   German, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Bachelor's   degree (BA/BS) with 4–6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• ITIL   certification and a solid understanding of IT Service Management processes.
• Proven   experience delivering training in a corporate or client-facing environment.
• Experience   working in a Service Desk, End User Services, or Digital Workplace Solutions environment is highly preferred.
• Strong   understanding of IT support processes, end-user technologies, workplace tools, and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.
• Excellent   presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience   adapting training materials and delivery styles to suit different audiences.
• Strong   communication and interpersonal skills.
• A   proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
