The Netskope Finance Team is looking for an experienced and hands-on finance professional to take on an active role in the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) finance function. Reporting to the Sr. Finance Director of Engineering and COGS FP&A, this role will partner closely with the business to drive financial/strategic execution for the company’s business. We need a highly quantitative and analytical business partner for this role - someone who has a successful track record of partnering with budget owners and presenting data to assist in decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate will be someone who excels not only at analyzing the data and metrics but also at presenting the data in a compelling manner to drive positive change. ## Responsibilities include:
• Drive budget management for the Netskope COGS function, including headcount planning, capital planning for data centers, and other discretionary spend budgeting
• Support Accounting in the close process each month-end, ensuring accurate and timely financials.
• Partner with COGS team members to assist in forecasting, analyzing, and reconciling cloud and data center spend for the Company; including leading recurring calls
• Create monthly and quarterly expense reporting focused on variance analysis for COGS leadership
• Play a critical role in the annual planning process, incorporating headcount, cloud, and data center growth plans into our overall COGS plan

• Maintain U.S. working hours schedule:
• Monday to Friday/Saturday: 20:00 - 5:00 Philippine Standard Time
• Deep understanding of P&L components, U.S. GAAP
• Proven business partnership skills and self-starter with analytical and presentation abilities
• Analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, navigating large data sets, and building models
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Preferred:
• COGS finance experience
• Experience working on U.S. hours
• Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (both written and verbal) is required. Must
• be well-spoken, confident, and capable of presenting complex financial data simply to non-finance stakeholders and senior US executives.
• Systems experience with Netsuite, Adaptive Insights, Workday
## Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field required. CPA, CMA, or MBA is highly preferred.
