## The Role
The Executive Assistant to the Global President of Inizio Ignite provides strategic, high-level executive support and project management, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Global President's office and the successful delivery of key business priorities. Acting as a trusted business partner, the role is responsible for managing complex global calendars, coordinating executive meetings and travel, leading and supporting strategic projects, preparing high-quality communications and presentations, and overseeing leadership governance across the organisation.
Working across multiple functions and global teams, the Executive Assistant supports project plans, coordinates activities, tracks milestones, manages risks and dependencies, and drives accountability to ensure strategic initiatives and business-critical actions are delivered on time. The role also builds strong relationships with senior stakeholders, exercises sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and executive effectiveness through the use of technology, AI, and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
• Act as a trusted partner to the Global President of Inizio Ignite, proactively managing priorities, protecting executive time, anticipating needs, and ensuring effective delegation across competing business demands.
• Manage complex global calendars, travel, and executive meetings across multiple time zones, working closely with Executive Assistants across Ignite and Inizio to coordinate priorities and leadership activity.
• Prepare high-quality executive presentations, reports, briefing materials, agendas, and pre-reads, ensuring the Global President and leadership team are fully prepared for meetings, events, and key decisions.
• Coordinate the operating rhythm and governance of the Ignite Management Team and Ignite Extended Leadership Team, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and Inizio leadership forums, maintaining action trackers and ensuring accountability for agreed outcomes.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Ignite, Inizio, clients, partners, and external organisations, acting as a key point of contact on behalf of the Global President.
• Handle highly confidential business, organisational, people, and commercially sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and emerging issues, coordinating stakeholders and driving timely resolution to ensure business-critical priorities remain on track.
• Lead the planning and delivery of leadership meetings, internal events, offsites, and executive sessions, ensuring a high-quality experience and seamless execution.
• Provide project management support for strategic initiatives sponsored by the Global President and Ignite Leadership Team, developing project plans, coordinating activities, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and key deliverables.
• Monitor the progress of Value Creation initiatives and other strategic programmes across Ignite and Inizio, producing clear, concise reporting and insights for senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Coordinate executive communications issued on behalf of the Global President, providing guidance on messaging, timing, and communication channels to maximise effectiveness across the organisation.
• Maintain governance documentation, leadership resources, executive records, stakeholder contact lists, and shared business information to support effective leadership operations.
• Champion the use of technology, AI, and automation to improve executive support, streamline processes, enhance productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the leadership team.
• Collaborate across functions and with external partners to support operational priorities, strategic initiatives, and business-critical activities, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and delivery.
## What you will need
• Demonstrable experience supporting a C-suite or equivalent senior global leader.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and respond calmly to rapidly changing requirements.
• Strong judgement, emotional intelligence, and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft executive-level correspondence and communications.
• Experience coordinating or managing cross-functional projects in a complex, global organisation.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop plans, manage timelines, track dependencies, and drive actions through to completion.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in emerging technologies and AI, applying innovative solutions to simplify processes, improving productivity, and support continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Experience supporting leadership governance, complex projects, or business operations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across different functions, cultures, and levels of seniority.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
