We are in search of an experienced and highly motivated Oracle fusion cloud HCM Analyst. This position will be involved in the implementation, development and support of global implementation of Oracle fusion cloud HCM, Absence management, Oracle time and Labor, Performance management, Goal management and Compensation. As a member of this team, this role will work closely with Global HR and other business teams to support their Oracle Cloud development, analysis, and user support needs. This is a hands-on techno-Functional role.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Implement and support end-to-end solution design for Oracle fusion cloud HCM, Absence management, Oracle time and Labor, Performance management, Goal management and Compensation.
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations, analyze business processes and recommend Oracle HCM best practices.
• Design and configure accrual formulas, eligibility profiles, carryover rules and absence approvals.
• Design and configure compensation plans, Salary reviews, bonus and Equity programs, configure compensation worksheets and budget, generate compensation statements and manage compensation eligibility and approval processes.
• Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice on how to meet various business scenarios using Oracle fusion Cloud HCM.
• Experience in writing fast formulas and HCM Data Loader is required.
• Must have knowledge in redwood pages and customize pages.
• Develop and maintain OTBI, BI Reports and HCM extracts.
• Experienced in different integration technologies such as: Oracle OIC/REST API and HDL.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and underlying tables/views.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5+ years of techno-Functional experience, ideally working with large & complex implementations of Oracle cloud HCM.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle - requirements, design, build / configuration, test, and deploy
• Contributing to the technical design and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping).
Education
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science
Working Arrangements (Build into Template)
This is a Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home . Though travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC).
