Associate PMM — Tetriz

Experience: 2–3 years
## About Tetriz
Tetriz helps engineering orgs become AI-native, faster.
Observability that turns AI blind spots into measured signals, coaching that improves how engineers direct AI, and governance that catches risk without surveillance.
## The role
This is an Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM) role.
Most of our marketing already runs on AI agents. We have a content engine built on Claude (for SEO blogs, founder LinkedIn content, Reddit programs, YouTube scripts), outbound infrastructure on Apollo/Hubspot, and competitive intelligence workflows.
If your instinct when given a repetitive task is "I should build a skill/workflow for this," you'll fit. If your instinct is to open a blank doc, this will frustrate you.
## What you'll own
1. Content engine
•
Run the SEO blog pipeline end to end: briefs, drafts, editorial QA against our standards, publishing, and refresh cycles
•
Ship LinkedIn posts and company page content on a weekly calendar
•
Draft and iterate YouTube scripts, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for CTR
•
Keep website and landing page copy current; run CRO experiments as traffic scales
2. Outbound and growth ops
•
Own the email and social media outbound machine: Sequences, list building and enrichment, deliverability hygiene
•
Experiment with new outbound channels every quarter
•
Track and report campaign performance weekly; kill what's not working
3. Launch and channel presence
•
Run launch-week execution, across relevant platforms.
•
Build and maintain our G2 and Capterra presence: profile setup, review generation campaigns, response management
•
Engage in relevant communities where our buyers actually are
4. Lifecycle and customer marketing
•
Own the PLG email lifecycle: onboarding nurture for new signups, activation prompts, and executive-facing ROI report emails
•
Produce case studies and capture named customer quotes from active deployments
•
Keep sales assets current: pitch deck updates, one-pagers, battlecards, teaser video iterations.
## What we need
•
2–3 years in B2B marketing execution . SaaS strongly preferred, dev-tools or selling-to-engineers a big plus
•
AI-native. You use Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor daily as a working tool, not a novelty. You can show us prompts, workflows, or agents you've built to do your job faster. This is the single biggest filter.
•
Strong communication skills. You'll edit AI output for a technical US audience, you need the judgment to catch what's generic, wrong, or off-brand
•
Ops discipline. Outbound infrastructure fails quietly. You check the dashboard before anyone asks
Nice to have: experience with Apollo.io , Hubspot or similar sales engagement tools, basic SEO fundamentals, familiarity with the developer tools ecosystem, video editing basics.
## What you'll get
•
A front-row seat to a US GTM launch, working directly with the founders
•
The most AI-leveraged marketing stack you'll find at any company this size, you'll build skills most marketers won't have for years
•
Real ownership from week one. No approval chains, no busywork
