Your Impact
As Investment Associate based in our Singapore office, you will report to the Senior Director, Capital Partnerships. You will work closely with our Treasury, Tax, Legal, Finance and Corporate Development teams, making your mark in a number of ways:
• Being a founding team member in establishing and managing new investment funds and capital vehicles across the APAC region
• As an Investment Analyst within the Capital Partnerships team, you will help originate, evaluate and execute strategic capital partnerships across AirTrunk's hyperscale data centre portfolio
• Working with the Senior Director of Capital Partnerships, you will analyse assets within the sponsor's portfolio and assist in identify opportunities to attract long-term institutional capital and support the establishment and management of investment vehicles
• Help establish and scale new investment platforms and capital vehicles as AirTrunk expands its capital partnerships business
What you’ll do
• Analysing assets within the portfolio to identify opportunities to attract long-term institutional capital, and support the establishment and management of investment vehicles that enable AirTrunk to continue funding its global growth
• Build sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment returns, optimise transaction structures, and assess value across a range of capital solutions, including public and private institutional capital
• Preparing investment committee, board and investor materials.
• Supporting due diligence and transaction execution.
• Conducting investor and market research to identify and engage long-term capital partners (sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurers, infrastructure funds, etc.).
• Coordinating with internal investment, development, finance and legal teams, as well as external advisers.
• Monitoring market conditions, capital flows and comparable transactions to inform capital formation strategy.
What you’ll bring
• 2-3+ years of experience in investment banking (M&A advisory) or funds management, with demonstrated transaction execution responsibilities.
• Relevant background in real assets, ideally with recent exposure to data centres, real estate, or infrastructure investment.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis skills, with experience assessing modelling transactions and capital structures.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse financial and commercial information to support investment decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and professional presentations, reports and investment materials.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player who is proactive, curious and eager to learn from experienced investment professionals.
