What You’ll Do Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations Support core HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, documentation, and employee records Help deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including pre-start coordination, first-day logistics, documentation, and follow-up Coordinate offboarding processes, including system updates, equipment coordination, and employee communications Partner closely with HRBP(s) to prepare for terminations including creating confidential exit guides and prepping severance packages Conduct exit interviews and document insights
